OrangeDoor has appointed Andrew Winterburn as chief operating officer, one of four new senior hires at the events agency as part of its ambitious growth strategy.

Winterburn brings vast senior leadership experience and will help steer the strategic and commercial direction of OrangeDoor. He previously worked as a senior executive, advisor, NED and consultant in global businesses across a number of industries and geographies with roles at companies including Ashfield Meetings & Events, as well as acting as an advisor the OrangeDoor senior leadership team in a consultative capacity over the last two years.

Kiran Nahal has joined as head of operations, with core responsibility for the day-to-day operational management and delivery across its ever-growing account services, administrative and support teams. A highly experienced senior operations leader, she brings a proven track record of optimising operational processes in a wide range of businesses and sectors.

Taking charge of driving business development for OrangeDoor is Gemma Cutler-Colclough, who in her newly appointed role as ‘Fractional’ business development director will spearhead the international expansion of the business. She will work closely with CEO, Elizabeth Heron and head of client services, Chris Howland, to help the business meet its ambitious growth targets in key markets over the next two years.

Adela Paun has been appointed OrangeDoor’s new marketing manager and will work closely with Cutler-Colclough and Heron to enable the seamless alignment of all new business and marketing initiatives and ensure OrangeDoor maintains its unique voice in the marketplace.

In addition to the new appointments, OrangeDoor’s finance director and member of its senior leadership team, Tanya Brittain has also confirmed she will be moving from a part-time role to full time to help the agency successfully scale at speed and meet its international expansion ambitions.
