Cvent’s annual European conference is back for 2021, and we share five reasons why you should sign up to attend…
1. Choose how you want to attend
Following the success of Cvent Connect Europe 2020, which was purely virtual and attracted an unprecedented 7,000 registrants, this year’s event is going hybrid – giving you the choice of how to attend. The event, which takes place on 5-6 October 2021, will bring event suppliers and buyers together in person for one day, with virtual content across both days.
Hybrid tickets will include access to both the face-to-face and virtual experience. Join in-person at the Intercontinental O2 for networking with your peers, including roundtable discussions, customer-led best practice sessions, and incredible evening event experiences. Virtual attendance is free, with access to content and some networking opportunities available.
2. Get access to top quality content
Experience keynotes, thought leaders, peer case studies, and industry experts – all delivered in a variety of production formats: livestreamed, in-person, simulive, and on-demand.
Hear from Cvent CEO & Founder, Reggie Aggarwal, as he shares his views on the current state of the industry, the road to recovery, and how we can accelerate into the future of meetings and events. Regain your in-person event confidence with Fay Sharpe, Founder of FastForward15, alongside a panel of experts as they address the elephant in the room that is leaving some attendees with anxiety about getting face to face and some organisers with nervousness about committing to running in-person events.
Content sessions will also cover what’s trending, and topics such as hybrid events, technology, sustainability, how to create a safer on-site attendee journey using technology, event design and production, and event marketing and data insights.
3. Learn how to be charming with the help of this year’s celebrity Keynote
As the MICE industry recovers, there is no doubt that safety, sustainability, D&I, and risk mitigation are high up on the agenda. But what about the attendee experience? What about personalisation? Where has the romance gone?
Let First Dates host Fred Sirieix show you how to reignite the flame when courting your meetings and event attendees. In this moderated Q&A session, take your opportunity to ask him questions about how to spice things up for your guests by giving them a date to remember.
4. Meet with Cvent experts
