Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol has appointed From Now as its official sustainability reporting partner, with every Green Day Delegate Rate booking now including a full sustainability report as standard.
The partnership formalises a relationship that began with a pilot earlier this year, in which From Now produced a report that gave the client the data needed to begin shaping a reduction strategy for their events.
Ashton Gate has set out an ambitious sustainability agenda through Project Whitebeam, targeting a halving of emissions by 2030 and net zero by 2040. Its Green DDR package reflects that commitment, incorporating Fairtrade tea and coffee, low carbon lunches, local suppliers, public transport promotion and optional tree planting per delegate.
Each sustainability report produced by From Now will include total event emissions, a per person footprint, a breakdown across food, waste, travel and energy, and two to three recommendations for future events. The process has been designed to sit seamlessly within Ashton Gate’s existing event delivery, with the venue sharing relevant data with From Now after each event and a visual report delivered to the client within 14 days.
For organisers needing more detailed analysis, From Now can also provide enhanced reporting options on request, including client-branded reports, event impact summaries, offsetting guidance, DEI and accessibility insights, and materials sourcing and supplier evaluation.
As sustainability expectations continue to rise across the sector, the partnership is designed to help organisers move beyond good intentions and demonstrate the measurable impact of their events with clear, consistent data.
