We know it’s a super busy time of year, so we’re pleased to share that the deadline for the Power 30 Responsible Agency Index 2026–27 has been extended to 13 November, giving UK event agencies more time get their entries in.
For agencies focused on building more responsible businesses and helping clients deliver more sustainable events, the index offers an opportunity to have that progress independently assessed and recognised.
Created by micebook and event:decision, Power 30 is now in its third year. Previously known as the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies, its new name reflects a wider emphasis on environmental, social and governance performance.
The initiative evaluates event agencies based on responsible internal business practices and the ability to deliver responsible & sustainable outcomes for clients. It is scored according to specific criteria rather than being subjectively judged.
Taking part gives agencies a way to measure their progress against peers and demonstrate their credentials to clients. The 30 highest-scoring entrants will feature in the dedicated Power 30 publication, with the index revealed at micebook EXPO 2027.
Entry costs £249 and is open to UK-based organisations operating as agencies in the events sector, including full-service, logistics, exhibition design and build, creative, production and creative AV agencies.
This year’s initiative is supported by Worlds Better, a sustainability consultancy specialising in the events and experiential sector, and Olio, the food-sharing platform tackling food waste by redistributing surplus food to local communities.
Whether entering for the first time or returning to demonstrate further progress, agencies have until 13 November 2026 to submit.
