Brands at Work has acquired Chorus in a move designed to strengthen its offering across experiential marketing, creative communications and brand engagement.
The deal brings together Brands at Work’s internal, B2B and employee engagement expertise with Chorus’ consumer-focused creative and experiential capabilities, as agencies continue to broaden their services in response to growing demand for connected brand experiences.
Brands at Work works with clients including Deloitte, Novartis and BT Group, while Chorus is known for campaigns and activations for brands including Johnnie Walker, Montblanc and The Macallan.
Chorus will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership structure, with Cassidy Knowles remaining founder and managing director of Chorus following the deal.
Karen Kadin, co-founder of Brands at Work, said the move was about creating a more connected offer for clients.
“We’re bringing these agencies together because they close the gaps for brand engagement. Brands at Work is known for sharp strategy, bold internal and B2B strategic storytelling campaigns and creative content-led experiences that engage audiences from the inside out,” she said.
“Chorus brings a different kind of creative energy. They know how to take an idea and make people feel it. That complements what we do perfectly and creates a more complete and connected offer for clients – internationally and at scale.”
Knowles added: “We’ve always focused on creating work that people connect with emotionally. Joining Brands at Work Group allows us to build on that, combining strong strategic storytelling with bold creative and a broader global platform.”
As part of the move, the Chorus team will relocate to Brands at Work’s London Bridge office in August.
The acquisition follows the launch of Brands at Work’s New York office two years ago and reflects continued expansion across the Group’s international operations.
