Sleek has announced the appointment of Steve Austen-Brown as creative director.
The agency said the strategic hire marks a significant step forward in Sleek’s growth, following the announcement of its evolution into a full-service agency earlier this year.
As Sleek’s first in-house creative director, he will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative and impactful creative strategies for clients and building the creative studio to reflect the ambition and vision of the agency as it expands to a full-service offering.
Austen-Brown joins Sleek from Avantgarde, a global experience agency, where he served as head of creative and design. In this role, he led a team of talented creatives, overseeing projects for renowned brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, eBay, Porsche, and the UK government.
Jennifer Davidson, founder of Sleek said: “We’re delighted to welcome Steve to Team Sleek. His passion for storytelling, sustainability, and ability to craft compelling experiences aligns perfectly with our vision. We’re confident his leadership will elevate our creative output and drive our continued success as we build on the momentum of our recent evolution.”
Austen-Brown added: “I’m excited to join Sleek at such a pivotal moment in its growth. The agency’s focus on sustainability and its commitment to creative excellence resonate deeply with me. I look forward to working with the talented team to create impactful experiences for our clients.”
