micebook has partnered with Grip, the AI-powered event platform built for revenue, to power multiple events where VIP meetings are a core part of the experience.
micebook Ventures Chapter III, which takes place on 4-6 November 2024 in Paris, will be the first of many events where Grip’s platform will be used. The company’s award-winning Event App, and AI-powered meeting scheduler, MustMeet will ensure the right participants meet and form valuable business relationships at each event.
Powering meaningful connections
“We are excited to partner with Grip for micebook Ventures in Paris this November. It’s an event founded on the principle of fostering meaningful connections through 1:1 buyer-supplier meetings,” said Nisha Mehta, Marketing Director, micebook. “That’s the main reason why we selected Grip. It helps organisers establish, maintain and track relationships between participants over multiple events.
“This multi-event deal enables us to utilise the functionality of Grip across our events. MustMeet is the product we’re most excited about rolling out. The meeting scheduler will allow us to automatically schedule, manage and host a range of meetings for participants with ease. We anticipate it will save us over 70% of the time compared to how we used to schedule hosted buyer meetings.”
AI-powered meeting scheduler
MustMeet uses AI to match two mutually beneficial participants, in this case, micebook’s buyers and suppliers. The automated scheduler creates a customised meeting agenda for each participant, ensuring every meeting is productive and valuable. Then Grip’s Event App automatically includes those meetings in participants’ event schedules, syncs them to their calendars, books the location where they’ll meet (e.g. a booth, table or meeting room at the event), and enables both parties to rate the meeting, improving future AI-powered recommendations and schedules.
Huge growth in meeting-focused events
“The best way for organisers to increase the return on time at their events is through pre-scheduled meeting programs,” said Tim Groot, founder and CEO, Grip. “It’s great to see both new and existing customers recognising the power of our MustMeet product in this space. We are excited about rolling out Grip for micebook and unlocking a new level of interaction among its event participants.”
