The deadline for entries for this year’s V Awards has been extended to 30 April – don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your best work in front of corporate clients including Freshfields and GLG, who are part of our fantastic judging panel of industry experts.
We are thrilled to be partnering with both the Event Marketing Association (EMA), the organisation for corporate in-house event planners and marketers, and Eventprofslive, a peer-to-peer networking group for corporate event professionals, for this year’s V Awards.
Corporate events teams, agencies, DMCs, venues and other relevant suppliers are invited to enter, with event categories applicable to projects delivered between April 2021 – March 2022.
Our expert judging panel for 2022 includes: Michelle Rees, Head of Events, EMEA and co-founder Eventprofslive; Dawn Christie, global lead – events at Freshfields; Mel Underwood, Head of Production at Worldspan; Carla Transcoso O’Reilly, Global Marketing Director at Hybrid Theory; Liz Quinton, Senior Director, global Event Management & Meeting Planning; Sarah Yeats, Managing Director, Sledge; and Tom Genen, Chief Revenue Officer at Brand Metrics.
The 20 categories include Best Audience Engagement, Best Incentive, Best Internal Communications Event, Best Agency, Best In-house Corporate events Team, Best Virtual Events Platform and Best Creative Concept. New categories for 2022 include Best Hybrid Event and Best Sustainable Initiative, Best Destination Campaign and Innovator of the Year.
Winners will be revealed at an evening ceremony on Friday 1 July 2022 at the fabulous Pan Pacific London.
The V Awards 2022 follow on from the success of our inaugural event last September, which brought together 200 event profs at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. Teams from Brands at Work, Smyle, Identity Group, Strata Creative Communications, Marble LDN, XSEM, Cvent, SongDivision and more were among those who celebrated award wins at the ceremony.
