ISON Group has launched Perigon Events by ISON, a standalone events business created from its former ISON Events division, as it looks to strengthen its presence in the MICE market. The new business launched on 28 September and brings together the existing events team under a dedicated identity, offering venue discovery, delegate management, event technology, content and AV production, and on-site support across meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.
Cathy Roberts, Head of Events at Perigon Events by ISON, said the decision to launch the standalone brand followed strong performance from the existing events operation.
“Perigon gives all our clients a dedicated events team with its own identity,” she said, adding that the new brand would help the business stand out in the marketplace as a true event management agency.
Perigon currently has a core team of seven, with plans to expand as the business grows. The business will work internationally, with Roberts identifying pharma, sports and B2B technology among its current areas of focus. It is also looking to expand its client base into areas including IT, telecoms, finance and professional services, although Roberts said the business would not be restricted to specific sectors.
While operating as a standalone events business, Perigon remains part of ISON Group and works alongside its global travel operation, giving clients access to 24-hour logistical support that the company says most standalone event agencies cannot offer. Roberts said the new identity allows the team to present itself more clearly as an events specialist while continuing to draw on ISON’s wider capabilities.

The Perigon name refers to the geometric term for a full 360-degree angle, reflecting the company’s aim to bring the different elements of event delivery together into one connected service.
“We connect all the dots for every event delivery, whatever that might be,” Roberts said. “So we can really give clients a complete view of their event.”
Looking ahead, Perigon plans to grow its client portfolio and team while focusing on delivering the full event journey with a strong emphasis on personal service.
“We really want to offer that human connection and look after the whole event for more of our clients, build up our client portfolio, and be a key player in the events industry,” Roberts said.
