The opening of stunning Stock Exchange Hotel, set in an exquisite Edwardian Baroque Grade II listed building in the heart of Manchester, has been eagerly-anticipated by Madame Micebook, with its luxurious rooms and suites bedecked in the very finest fabrics.
Imagine her joy then, to discover it will also feature a brand new celebrity chef restaurant, located inside the grand domed room which was once the trading floor for the Manchester Stock Exchange.
The Bull & Bear is set to boast the hottest tables in town, as chef Tom Kerridge’s first Manchester outpost serves British comfort food and classics in the most decadent of surrounds.
Expect to find some of the chef’s signature dishes including chicken Kiev with maple glazed squash and venison chilli with toasted rice cream, red wine and chocolate on the menu.
The addition of the popular culinary team will also further enhance the hotel’s event potential – as Kerridge and co will be overseeing The Bank private dining space, offering culinary experiences for up to 16 people, plus The Vault, which hosts events for up to 120.
Stock Exchange Hotel is located within the heart of central Manchester, on Norfolk Street in between Market Street and King Street. It features 40 rooms, including signature suites and a huge top-floor residence.
