Be among the first #eventprofs to get a sneak peek of Great Scotland Yard Hotel – one of London’s hottest new openings – at our next wellbeing focused event in partnership with Hyatt.
Save the date in your diaries – Wednesday 6th November – and register now for what promises to be exciting and educational experience.
At micebook, we strive to bring the newest and latest openings and we will not disappoint with our next showcase. The event will be held at Boyd’s Grill & Winebar, nearby to Great Scotland Yard Hotel, with special tours of the property being held throughout the evening. The 1820’s Grade II listed building with Edwardian and Victorian architecture features 152 guest rooms and suites – no two of which are the same – boasting stunning Mary Poppins views of London.
The evening will also provide the opportunity to network with the great and the good of the events industry and get some wellbeing tips through the Hyatt landmarks of wellbeing – FEEL, FUEL and FUNCTION.
Hyatt’s holistic approach to wellbeing is focused on three landmarks of wellbeing: FEEL (how you feel; your emotional + mental wellbeing), FUEL (how you fuel + power your body, inclusive of things like food and sleep), and FUNCTION (how you move + function in work, life, and play).
For the FEEL aspect, Hyatt is teaming up with Wrap Up London and will be asking guests to donate unwanted scarves and coats to be distributed to homeless charities throughout London for the Winter.
FUEL and FUNCTION will also be integrated into the event, with guests given the opportunity to learn more about nutrition from an expert, while groups will be taken for their tours of Great Scotland Yard via bikes to get them moving.
Hyatt director of sales – Global Meetings & Events, Abigail Hynard, said “micebook is known for being first to showcase new hotels and keeping people up to date on what is going on in the industry. Great Scotland Yard is a great addition to London and we feel micebook is the perfect partner to help us showcase it to the MICE industry. There will also be eight Hyatt properties from around the world joining us, so guests will be able to meet with and get updates from some of our colleagues.”
