Full-service event production company All Safe and Sound has moved into a new 25,000 sq ft warehouse and office in Waltham Cross, doubling the size of its previous premises after turnover doubled between 2022 and 2025.
The company completed the move on 24 August, bringing equipment storage, workshops and office space previously spread across multiple units under one roof. The new premises also incorporate solar panels, energy-efficient features and electric vehicle charging.
The expansion supports a business delivering over 1,000 events annually and acting as in-house or preferred production supplier to eight premier London venues, including The Londoner, Raffles and The Chancery. Growth has been driven by new business from London venues, international corporate clients and agency partners, alongside repeat bookings and referrals.
Recent projects include a global broadcast for LivaNova reaching over 3,000 employees across nearly 100 countries, full production for Technology One’s UK roadshow and a fundraising event for The King’s Trust.
Neil Harrison, managing director and co-founder of All Safe and Sound, said: “This move gives us the space to support the demand we’re seeing while protecting the care and attention that clients value. It’s an investment in how we prepare and deliver events, and in giving our team the room to do that work properly.”
He added: “It’s never been about making as much money as possible. It’s about pride in the work, attention to detail, and not cutting corners. That mindset runs through the whole company.”
Founded in 1997 by Harrison and Ben Kirby, All Safe and Sound has grown from sound equipment hire into a full production partner with more than 30 full-time specialists working alongside a trusted freelance network.
