Live Group has launched Envoku, a new platform designed to improve personalisation and inclusion by helping clients engage audiences on a deeper level.
Envoku integrates with Live Group’s AudienceDNA profiling tool and GDPR-compliant delegate management system. Using psychology-driven frameworks, it recognises each audience member’s learning, communication, and engagement style, allowing for a tailored approach from the outset.
With the help of AI, Envoku continuously collects and analyses data from every interaction to tailor agendas, activities, content, and networking opportunities based on audience preferences, delivering hyper-personalised digital and in-person experiences throughout the event lifecycle.
“People expect personalised interactions everywhere, from streaming recommendations to online shopping. Yet, the events industry has lagged in delivering engagement on an individual level. Envoku is our solution, fulfilling a decade-old promise of personalisation with empathy, said eToby Lewis, CEO of Live Group and founder of Envoku.
“Our goal is to inspire organisers to prioritise diverse audience needs and build genuine connections. Events are powerful tools, but their success depends on engagement and connection. Let’s focus on how audiences want to engage, creating spaces where everyone thrives, and content resonates.”
Evoku has launched today in both the UK and internationally, with support from Live Group’s Singapore office. As part of Live Group’s vision for 2025, Envoku will also expand into broader sectors to enhance employee engagement and customer interaction.
