Pearl hosted its Annual Workshop event earlier this month, which saw Pearl Global Collection and Pearl Representation, and their associated suppliers, host a series of five buyer events across the UK.
The event kicked off in the scenic Cotswolds at Lygon Arms, where participants enjoyed a cosy dinner in the James Martin Tavern, followed by breakfast meetings the next day, blending relaxation with professional networking.
In the Midlands, Harpurs of Melbourne hosted an elegant afternoon tea, providing a relaxed yet refined setting for networking and one-on-one discussions.
The Leeds event introduced a dynamic element with a cocktail masterclass at Tattu, featuring Asian-inspired snacks, facilitating engaging discussions and memorable one-on-one interactions.
In Manchester, The Ivy Spinningfields offered an urban flair with networking sessions on The Skylight Terrace, complemented by canapés and bowl food.
The series concluded at Maidenhead’s Cliveden House, where the French Room’s grandeur added a historical touch to networking lunches and one-on-one meetings.
The workshop brought together DMCs and hotel representatives, including Abercrombie & Kent, American Guest, and The Lux Collective, to support around 500 one-on-one meetings.
It also featured a lucky draw, with prizes such as stays in the French Riviera, nights at Susona Bodrum, LUX* Resorts Mauritius, Sun Siyam Resorts in the Maldives, Italian Hospitality Collection hotels, hot air balloon adventures in Cappadocia, Broadway show tickets, and more up for grabs.
The feedback from both buyers and suppliers was overwhelmingly positive, praising the exceptional venues and the opportunities for forging valuable partnerships.
