EMA (Event Marketing Association), the UK industry association for in-house corporate event planners, has announced a partnership with Castlebell Recruitment and Times Ten Coaching to provide learning and development opportunities throughout 2022 for its members.

The aim of the partnership is to provide a forum for knowledge sharing, learning and mentoring and to help address the talent crisis by helping event professionals to level up their performance.

The three organisations will provide content, insight and practical support for EMA members including workshops, webinars and networking meetings covering topics such as recruitment, employee engagement, talent development and leadership.

EMA Chair, Richard Waddington (pictured) said, “In this rapidly moving landscape our members are hungry for insights and knowledge and practical tools they can use to support both personal, team and role development.  This partnership is a key component in giving them access to the resources they need at what is a critical time for the whole events industry.”

Andrew Bell Co-Founder of Castlebell added: “As a sector, we are far from business as usual. The world of work has changed. Event industry employers need to think and act differently to attract and retain talent. Whilst at an individual level, event professionals must work smarter not harder in order to thrive. We are excited to share our expertise in recruitment and career development with all EMA members to help them realise their potential in 2022.
