CTL Communications has launched a US operation in Miami to support growing client demand, with America already accounting for around a quarter of its business.
The agency expects revenue to exceed $22m in 2026 and says its global team has grown from ten people to more than 100 in recent years.
The Miami team combines existing CTL employees relocating to the US with local hires, serving clients nationwide with support from the wider business.
“Our clients took us to America before we took CTL there,” said founder and CEO Catherine Turner. She added the investment would bring the agency closer to its American clients and support further growth.
CTL considered acquiring a US agency but chose to build its own operation, with Turner highlighting the importance of preserving its culture and approach to client relationships.
Turner said the investment also reflects changing client expectations. “Organizations are increasingly looking for full-service partners that can move quickly, think strategically and execute seamlessly across multiple channels.”
The US expansion follows CTL’s evolution over 17 years from a live events business into a communications group covering live experiences, strategic communications, organisational change, employee engagement, learning and creative content.
The agency is also investing in new products, services and research as part of its wider growth plans.
