Marketing and events agency Blueprint Partners has announced the return of Stephen Moody as managing director.
Moody rejoins the leadership team alongside newly promoted CEO, Rhys Kirkham, as Blueprint Partners builds on strong growth and client momentum with the addition of Lenovo and Darktrace to its portfolio.
He brings a deep knowledge of Blueprint Partners’ culture, clients and proposition, alongside extensive new experience gained since leaving the agency to join VML, part of WPP.
During his time at VML, Moody trebled the size of his customer experience team, delivering better commerce journeys across complex technology stacks spanning retail, automotive and CPG clients.
His appointment follows the recent promotion of Rhys Kirkham from chief revenue officer to CEO.
Kirkham said: “Stephen’s return is a hugely positive moment for Blueprint Partners. He knows the business inside out, understands what makes us different, and now brings with him invaluable experience from working within the world’s largest creative agency.
“As CEO, my focus is on building a business that continues to deliver outstanding results for clients, while creating an environment where our people can do the best work of their careers. Stephen is exactly the right partner to help lead this next chapter, and we’re excited about what we can build together.”
Moody added: “Blueprint Partners has always been a special business, so the opportunity to return as MD was incredibly compelling. My time at VML gave me exposure to a different scale of agency environment and added eCommerce, website trading, UX, UI and CX best practices to my skillset, which I’m excited to bring back to Blueprint.”
