Marketing and events agency Blueprint Partners has announced that CEO Mark Anand is leaving at the end of March to pursue “an exciting new opportunity outside of the world of agencies.”
Kirkham, who has spent the last 15 years with Blueprint, most recently as chief revenue officer, will be stepping into the role of CEO from April.
“I am incredibly proud to lead this fantastic business and continue the great work we do for our global clients. I am also delighted to share that Stephen Moody will be rejoining Blueprint as managing director,” said Kirkham.
“Stephen previously worked with us as a Business Director and, after five years leading the Customer Experience department at WPP’s global creative and technology agency, VML, he returns with invaluable experience that will further strengthen our leadership team. Stephen will work closely with me as we continue to build on Blueprint’s momentum.”
Anand said: “I originally joined the Blueprint Partners team on a six-month temp contract, which somehow turned into 13 years, with the last 10 leading the business. Over the next couple of months I’ll be working closely with Rhys Kirkham and the team as they transition to a new leadership structure, while still delivering some key events for our clients.
“It’s been fun, occasionally chaotic, and always a learning curve. I’ve been lucky to work with brilliant people and very trusting businesses along the way.”
