Opened in December 2024, the four-star Van der Valk Park Lane Antwerp is a stylish new addition to the Belgian city’s meetings and events landscape. Located opposite Antwerp’s leafy City Park and just a 15-minute walk from Antwerp Central Station, the hotel offers the ideal base for groups looking to combine business with easy access to the city’s historic centre.

The property is the 18th Belgian hotel from the Dutch, family-run Van der Valk group and features 174 modern rooms and suites, alongside a strong leisure offering including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.
Meetings and events
Van der Valk Park Lane Antwerp offers five meeting rooms, making it well-suited to small- and mid-scale meetings, training sessions and board-level events. The largest space, Marie, can accommodate up to 200 delegates in theatre-style seating, while the remaining rooms work well as breakout or small meeting spaces, comfortably seating 10-16 people.
As a relatively new hotel, the event spaces still feel fresh and contemporary, with modern AV, flexible layouts and plenty of natural light.
Design and atmosphere
The hotel’s interiors strike a balance between modern comfort and subtle Art Deco influences. Neutral colour palettes are paired with design details such as reeded glass, brass accents and signage in the Art Deco and Geometric style of 1920s New York, creating a polished yet welcoming feel throughout the public spaces and guest rooms.
One of the standout design features is the bar, positioned beneath a large glass dome that floods the space with daylight. It’s an impressive spot for informal networking, or a pre-dinner Belgian beer or evening cocktail.
Dining at C’est Moi
On-site, French-inspired restaurant C’est Moi adds a strong F&B element to the overall experience, whether for hosted dinners, small private events or post-meeting dining.

The menu leans into classic, well-executed dishes, such as the signature two-person veal tomahawk Cordon Bleu, the North Sea catch-of-the-day, or a hearty wild boar and venison stew.
A piece of culinary theatre comes in the form of the restaurant’s signature dessert: crêpes Suzette (a dish invented in Monte Carlo, 1895, when a waiter accidentally set fire to the sauce of the crêpe dessert he was preparing for the Prince of Wales).
Flambéed tableside, the thin French pancakes, which became a late 19th- and early 20th-century symbol of classic French gastronomy, evoke nostalgia and showmanship, making them a fitting choice for a hotel that blends contemporary design with classic touches.
The planner takeaway
With its central location, flexible meeting facilities, and modern yet characterful design, Van der Valk Park Lane Antwerp is a strong option for planners seeking a new four-star meetings hotel in one of Belgium’s most attractive cities.
It works particularly well for small conferences, corporate meetings and incentive-style groups that value good food, walkable surroundings and a hotel that still feels new to the market.
