First speakers announced for micebook EXPO 2026

First speakers announced for micebook EXPO 2026 1024 683 micebook.

micebook EXPO returns to London on 2–3 February 2026, and we are thrilled to reveal the first speakers who will set the tone for what promises to be our most intentionally designed, connection-fuelled edition yet.

Hosted once again at Convene Sancroft, St Paul’s, EXPO continues to evolve while staying true to its core purpose: curating an environment where community, content and connections collide to shape the future of business events..

This year’s theme ‘Designed to Connect’, created in partnership Lisa James who is leading the experience and content design for EXPO 2026, reflects the belief that in an industry built on relationships, no one succeeds alone. Every breakthrough idea and extraordinary event experience comes from people coming together – buyers, planners, suppliers, partners – each bringing unique strengths that complete the whole.

Across two days, our programme will weave together our three guiding pillars:
Community – the heartbeat
Content – the knowledge
Connections – the catalyst

We’re thrilled to confirm that author, speaker, entrepreneur & work–life coach, James Eder will kick off the event with a keynote that sets the tone for EXPO 2026, equipping attendees with the mindset, confidence and connection-first approach needed to unlock the full potential of the event.

Drawing from his book, The Collision Code, James will engage the community, deliver rich, applicable content, and act as the catalyst to help delegates maximise the next two days. Expect energising stories that illuminate his core themes: people do business with people and Netgiving. James will also host a dedicated workshop for emerging talent and early-career professionals, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing the next generation of event leaders.

Following a morning focused on sparking individual connection through one-to-one meetings, the afternoon invites attendees to explore what becomes possible together. Blending live facilitation, music, movement and moments of real talk, Australia’s top keynote speaker on human connection and aliveness at work, Mykel Dixon, turns the room into a living ecosystem. Suppliers, venues, destinations, agencies and partners will be invited to step out from behind their brand story and step into a shared story.

This is not a keynote people sit and consume. It’s a live collaboration lab that helps micebook EXPO deliver on its promise of meaningful connections, powerful content and a thriving Community.

On Day two, creativity will take centre stage with a keynote from Jason Bevan, in partnership with Speakers Corner.

As former Head of Creative Development at Warner Bros. Studios, Jason helped push creative boundaries on blockbusters including Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, the Dark Knight trilogy, Joker, Aquaman, the Lego movies, and major horror hits such as The Conjuring and IT.

His keynote offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at how Warner Bros. fostered brave, ambitious ideas, and how the same principles can unlock fresh thinking in our own work. Packed with clips, stills and stories from cinematic history, Jason’s session inspires delegates to reimagine what’s possible in events and experience design.

The event will include more interactive sessions and workshops to be announced, as well as 100+ suppliers for buyers to meet and connect with.

Whether you’re a corporate or agency buyer, an exhibitor, or a rising events professional, this is your opportunity to start 2026 with purpose, inspiration and unparalleled connection.

Register now, and get ready for the possibilities that unfold when we’re all in the room together.
