Goose Live Events has announced senior leadership changes, marking a new chapter for the events and experience agency, which is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year.
After over 20 years at the helm, Nick Wigley has stepped back from day-to-day operations, with co-founder Martyn Blunt taking on the role of CEO.
Co-founder Sam Trevenna becomes chief experience officer (CXO), a newly created role which focuses on all the experiences created for clients as well as driving growth for Goose.
And finally, Luke Wigley steps into the role of chief operating officer, leading the agency’s operations, which includes driving forward its sustainability strategy. Wigley has worked with Goose Live for more than 15 years as project director on Silverstone Festival (formerly Silverstone Classic).
The leadership changes follow a refreshed brand identity, and a new website launched earlier in the year to better reflect the business today – creative, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
“I’m excited for this next chapter at Goose. Our restructure plays to the strengths of our brilliant team, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to focus on what I consider the best parts of what we do,” said Trevenna.
“In my new role as Chief Experience Officer, I’ll be leading the experiences we create, both externally and internally and focusing on our client services and business growth, our creative services and innovation. It’s a privilege to work in this industry, and I’m passionate about helping shape how we show up in the world and continue building meaningful connections through everything we deliver. Experience is everything.”
