Global events agency emc3 has officially partnered with MYVA (My Venue Assistant) to strengthen its venue sourcing capabilities and meet the growing demand from clients for expert venue support.
As emc3 continues to broaden its service offering, the agency is seeing a significant increase in venue sourcing requests for events of all sizes, ranging from high impact brand activations to large-scale conferences with 20 to over 24,000 attendees.
To ensure clients receive the same level of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and creative flair that emc3 is known for, the team is bringing in specialist support through MYVA.
MYVA was launched last year by Karen ‘Kitty’ Small, who brings over 18 years of experience across the events industry, spanning corporate hospitality and event management to offer a personalised, efficient, and experience-led venue sourcing service.
“We’re always looking at ways to go further for our clients,” said Lee-Anne Caldwell, managing director at emc3. “Partnering with MYVA enables us to meet demand without compromising on quality. As a dedicated specialist with brilliant relationships across the industry, MYVA will help us continue to deliver unforgettable experiences in the right spaces.”
Small added: “I’m very excited to be partnering with emc3. I’ve always admired their creativity and commitment to delivering incredible experiences. We share the same values when it comes to delivering a quality service, and I’m looking forward to supporting their impressive roster of global clients. It’s a great opportunity to combine forces and bring even more value to every brief.”
This partnership is part of a wider growth strategy for emc3 to evolve its end-to-end offering, providing clients such as HP, Microsoft, Google, and TikTok with a full range of services from venue sourcing to experience design, production, content, and measurement.
It also enables MYVA to further grow its client base while continuing to build insight through ongoing work with existing clients, partners, and agencies including Thomson Reuters, Tucana, GoCrisp, BVA BDRC and more.
