Broadsword, Brighter and Yellow Fish were among the agencies celebrating wins at the micebook Awards last night (Thursday 26 June), which brought together more than 360 #eventprofs at The Londoner.

Broadsword picked up the Best Global Agency and the coveted Grand Prix prize, while Brighter was named the Best UK Agency.

Yellow Fish won the Best Incentive award for the second year running for its work with Mazda and also picked up the Best Internal Communications Event with its client Softcat.

It was a great night for Monaco with Visit Monaco Convention Bureau winning Best Convention or Tourism Bureau while one of its partners Ikebana (based in Monaco and France) picking up the award for Best DMC.

The Best Creative Concept gong went to Cheerful Twentyfirst for the Stagwell SPORT BEACH activation at Cannes Lions for the second year running, and Top Banana X IFS won Best Conference.

Vine Tree Connections won the Best Representation Company award, while PortAventura Business & Events was awarded Best International Event Venue, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium took home the Best UK Event Venue award and Exclusive Collection was named Best Hotel Brand.

Congratulations to The Londoner, our host venue for the evening, which won Best UK Event Hotel.

Pure Communications Group won Best Charity or CSR Event for Space Charity Ball, and Destination Asia Events was awarded Best Sustainable Event.

And last but by no means least, Emota picked up the Best Awards or Celebratory Event award, and Blueprint Partners took home the Best Product Launch gong for Lotus Emeya Grand Tour.

For the first time, we also gave out a special Contribution to the Industry award to Gill Moulden, who recently stepped down as MD from Moulden Marketing, the business she founded almost 30 years ago.

We received a record number of entries this year, which were judged both online and in person by our expert panel of judges at Great Scotland Yard Hotel last month.

Awards attendees enjoyed fabulous hospitality in the stunning setting at The Londoner, with our host Kiki Deville, Voice of God Jamie Body and entertainment including the fabulous Billie Eyelash provided by our amazing partner Beyond Repair. The brilliant DJ Ynez kept the tunes going into the early hours at our after party.

Attendees bought raffle tickets to raise money for industry charity Meeting Needs, raising a massive £ £10,590. Huge thanks to all those who provided prizes and bought tickets on the night.

This year’s awards theme was all about inclusivity – a reimagined speakeasy where secrecy is replaced with openness, warmth, and no one is left behind. Thanks to Yellow Fish for the opening video that encapsulated the theme perfectly.

Thanks to all our partners, and sponsors, especially our headline sponsor IHG Hotels & Resorts.
