The Hoxton Edinburgh opens its doors this week in the city’s vibrant and historic Haymarket area.
Comprised of 11 stitched-together townhouses set across both sides of the street, the hotel features original Georgian features elevated by Ennismore’s in-house design team, AIME Studios.
There are 214 rooms across nine categories, including The Hoxton’s new House category: three self-contained three-bed, three-bath homes, and a spacious lobby offering both cosy corners and vaulted ceilings. All rooms will spotlight the property’s original features, which have been preserved to offer guests a sense of the hotel’s heritage.
There’s also an intimate cinema (seating just five) and the brand’s trademark The Apartment meeting and events space, located on the ground floor of the hotel, with four rooms centred around a communal Pantry.
Lending itself perfectly to parties, private dining and meetings big and small, the space feature decorative panelled walls, and vintage furniture and fixings. In addition, a ballroom-style events space, aptly named The Get Together, is perfect for grander occasions and larger groups.
Italian restaurant Patatino will serve up generously portioned trattoria classics using local Scottish produce.
