Experience management company VOQIN’ has announced its expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a newly formed joint venture with Entertainment Gears, a local company specialising in event production and experiential solutions.
The agreement was signed at the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (MISA) by Diogo Assis, founder of VOQIN’, Miguel Assis, partner at VOQIN’, and Mohamed Ramadan, CEO of Entertainment Gears (EG).
VOQIN’ will bring its expertise in international events and its proprietary methodology, Emotional Thinking, to help local institutions and companies forge deeper, more authentic connections with their audiences.
“Our expansion into Saudi Arabia is both a strategic and symbolic step for VOQIN’,” said Diogo Assis. “We believe in the Kingdom’s vision and energy, and we are committed to bringing world-class experiences that inspire, connect, and create lasting impact. Partnering with Entertainment Gears allows us to blend deep local insight with our global standards of creativity and execution.”
Entertainment Gears (EG) team, with over 18 years of experience serving the Saudi market in delegate management, accreditation, event technology, and production for large events, brings a wealth of local market expertise and operational capabilities, making it a natural partner for VOQIN’s entry into the Kingdom.
Headquartered in Riyadh, through this JV, VOQIN’ is positioned to serve both public, private and international corporate clients with a full range of live, virtual, and hybrid experience solutions.
Mohamed Ramadan, CEO of EG, added: “The creative and emotional approach that VOQIN’ brings has been missing in the local landscape. We are excited to take this journey together with such a prestigious company, which has a proven track record in some of the world’s largest events, including the FIFA World Cup, the Olympics, and many others. Together, we look forward to shaping the future of events in Saudi Arabia.”
The joint venture is already off to a strong start. VOQIN’ has been awarded high-profile projects in the region, including the technological and emotional experience during the prestigious Saudi-American Investment Forum, which will coincide with the upcoming visit of U.S. President Donald Trump later this month.
