If you’re looking for the perfect mix of history and luxury, let us introduce you to The Woodward. Situated in a prime location on the shores of Lake Geneva, this exquisite hotel has recently joined the prestigious Auberge Resorts Collection, and it’s going to be a name you want to remember. If the picturesque views of Mont Blac weren’t enough, the Michelin-starred dining and personalised service are sure to make this an ideal venue for incentive trips, meetings and unforgettable events.

Originally built in 1901, The Woodward has undergone a stunning redesign by Pierre-Yves Rochon, transforming it into an all-suite luxury hotel, with every inch tailored for optimum comfort and style. The majority of the twenty-six uniquely designed suites offer sweeping views of Lake Genva, and include an ample amount of indulgent features, such as walk-in dressing rooms and marble fireplaces. Suites can be connected to provide even more living space – and two are even accessible via private elevators.

One of the major appeals of this iconic venue, is the culinary options. The Woodward is home to not one, but two Michelin-starred restaurants, plus a vibrant cocktail and piano bar. L’Atelier Robuchon, Geneva’s only Two-Michelin starred restaurant, offers an open kitchen concept with counter seating for thirty-six guests – allowing you to watch the culinary magic as it unfolds in front of your eyes. The modern French menu features influences from Asia throughout their signature dishes, whilst all ingredients are sourced locally and sustainably.

Le Jardinier has a fresh, plant-forward menu, which has been carefully created by the acclaimed Chef, Alain Verzeroli. It’s goal is to celebrate the region’s seasonal ingredients in the most flavourful way, whilst reconnecting guests with nature. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, alongside stunning views of Lake Geneva.

If that wasn’t enough, Bar 37 is open both day and night, and is the ideal place to grab a spot of brunch or enjoy a creatively themed cocktail after a day spent exploring Geneva. It also has a lively music scene, and regularly welcomes local and international performers through its doors.

Of course, no luxury hotel would be complete without a spa to unwind in, and The Woodward has dedicated an entire two floors – a massive 1,200 square meters – just to wellness. The Guerlain Spa offers unique treatments inspired by the city of Geneva – and can even create a tailor-made treatment for each guest, depending on their individual needs. Outside of the treatment room, the wellness facility includes an indoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness centre and a plethora of hydrotherapy facilities, such as saunas, steam rooms, snow and ice showers, a whirlpool and two Swedish baths. Does it get much better than this?

For event planners, The Woodward offers five unique event spaces, with capacity starting at fifteen guests and ranging up to one-hundred. The entire hotel is also available for private hire – and each of the restaurants can also be booked exclusively.
