Audience was crowned winner in the Best Agency (less than 40 employees) at the micebook Awards earlier this month. We share highlights from the winning entry…
Audience has experienced incredible growth over the past year, with its active new client roster hitting a huge 117% increase and year-on-year growth of 42% in new revenue, totalling £5.18m.
Standout projects include showcasing Virgin Media (VM) as the industry leaders in broadband speed services by breaking a world-record, delivering a world-first OOH 4D billboard experience and launching their latest platform Stream, as well as enhancing innovation in the Deloitte Shared Services Conferences for a fourth consecutive year.
“Audience have set the benchmark for future B2B hybrid experiences. We couldn’t have done it without them,” said Beverley Millar, Delivery Lead for Shared Service Conference at Deloitte.
By going above and beyond, Audience secured a 99.6% retention rate – which one judge who said is almost unheard of in the current climate – and headcount increase of 33% bringing its core team to 19 contracted employees.
Audience credits its success this year to a powerful focus on its people – the agency has invested a huge amount of time in training and development and introduced a monthly wellbeing allowance of £50. It has also introduced a bespoke Audience innovation model to help the team stay focused on delivering moments of pure human connection in creative ways.
A partnership with Event Cycle ensured that all event waste is repurposed, redistributed or reused, and the agency is working with Diversity Alliance to help source diverse talent. One judge said: “I really like how they connected staff wellbeing with their productivity and client base growth.”
