Danielle St James is CEO of Not A Phase, a trans-led, grassroots charity committed to uplifting and improving the lives of trans+ adults, through awareness campaigning, social projects, funding trans+ lead initiatives and working with organisations on diversity and inclusion strategies to promote positive change.

Through speaker sessions, training workshops and bespoke consultancy, Danielle offers accessible advice on trans+ and gender diverse inclusivity regarding people management & workplace culture, recruitment, policy advisory and media & communications strategy. Danielle has worked with a variety of organisations, agencies and brands on trans+ inclusion and allyship, including Nike, Omnicom, Soho House Group, Conde Nast, Interlaw and Huckletree to name but a few.
