Global brand storytelling and experience agency INVNT has strengthened its US creative team with a series of senior promotions and new appointments following a period of growth.
Matt Flachsenhaar has been promoted to vice president, creative, while Allie Pristas has stepped up to executive creative director and Paul Leopold has become senior creative director.
“I’ve watched Allie and Paul evolve beyond creating strategic, culturally resonant and emotionally powerful work,” said Flachsenhaar. “They have become true experts in our clients’ businesses, helping shape not only individual projects but the direction and growth of entire accounts.”
INVNT has also promoted Caitlin Regan and Kate Capone to design directors and Alex Cannon to art director. Nick Casillo has joined the agency as associate graphic designer, alongside Ana Mahadevan.
Regan and Capone, who have worked together for more than a decade, will jointly lead INVNT’s growing US design department.
The US team forms part of the agency’s global creative department, led by chief creative officer Paul Blurton, and has recently delivered work for clients including LinkedIn, Oracle, Amazon, Duke University, SHRM, Rivian, Cadillac, PepsiCo, Gilead and Hitachi Vantara.
The appointments follow Nth Degree’s acquisition of INVNT earlier this year. The agency is now part of the Nth Degree Family of Companies.
INVNT has also gained awards recognition for its recent creative and experiential work, winning 14 Clio Awards, including a Grand Clio, and its first Cannes Lion for the Infinite Saree Movement, created for Klick Health and the Red Dot Foundation. It was also named in Event Marketer’s 2026 IT List of the industry’s leading agencies.
INVNT global president Kristina McCoobery discusses the agency’s growth, its merger with Nth Degree and the future of experiential in the latest episode of Nineteen Unfiltered.
