It may only be opening in March, but Madame micebook needs a table at Six by Nico…
Madame micebook is Belfast bound and she’s got her foodie notebook at the ready. The much awaited Six by Nico restaurant is set to open in the gorgeously vibrant Cathedral Quarter of Belfast and Scottish-Italian chef Nico Simeone is set to launch a conceptual dining experience.
The concept is ‘a story every six weeks’ – where Nico and his talented team will come up with a brand new six-course tasting menu to serve, based upon a different place or memory.
And the first concept at the new Belfast outpost is deliciously centred around ‘The Chippie menu’ – a concept that Madame Micebook can happily sink her teeth in to.
Inspired by Belfast’s love for traditional fish and chips and the city’s Maritime heritage, the tasting menu promises to deliver a chip shop experience like no other, with dishes including Chips and Cheese and Scampi with a contemporary twist.
The menu will run from March 5th to April 14th – miss out and all you’ll taste is a whiff of Belfast culinary folklore.
