It’s less than two weeks to go until micebook EXPO, and we can’t wait to bring eventprofs from the UK and beyond together to kick off the year on a high.

Taking place on 2-3 February at Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s, EXPO is where conversations are powered and valuable connections are made. It’s our flagship event and one you won’t want to miss. The event is open to corporate and agency buyers, who are invited to register for their FREE place at the event.

Designed to connect, the micebook EXPO is all about meaningful meetings, connections and content.

With two days full of exciting sessions from agency deep dives to musical keynotes, we have everything to ensure you leave feeling inspired, excited and full of fresh energy to set you up for the rest of 2026. Not to mention our exhibitor floor with 150+ exhibitors from all over the globe to meet and connect with.

On day one, we’ll dive into the fast-changing event agency landscape with a panel session bringing together voices from across the agency to explore how different models operate today, from large networks and groups to independents and start-ups, and what those differences mean for teams, clients and suppliers.

Our Next-Gen audience are in for a treat with a session by keynote speaker James Eder on transforming conversations and building confidence, specifically designed for buyers and suppliers who are in the early stages of their careers.

Day two will kick off with ‘Corporate Solutions: Navigating the Challenges of 2026’ – an immersive corporate planner and supplier panel session setting out the key challenges corporates are navigating as they look ahead to 2026 and exploring how collaboration across the ecosystem is essential to delivering better outcomes for clients, teams and audiences alike.

Find out how to use AI to create better events with Gemma Screen, a workshop that will be filled with practical examples, honest discussion and a reframing of AI as a creative partner, not a replacement.

Plus, don’t miss the exciting Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2025-26 reveal for your sustainable inspiration. In partnership with event:decision, we’re showcasing the top 30 UK event agencies driving sustainability forward with innovative, eco-friendly practices.

These sessions will complement our existing keynotes, already announced, including entrepreneur, work–life coach and author of The Collision Code, James Eder; Australia’s top keynote speaker on human connection and aliveness at work Mykel Dixon;

psychotherapist, change-maker and author Claire Goodwin-Fee on The Real Cost of Burnout in Hospitality & Events – And How We Rise; and former Head of Creative Development at Warner Bros. Studios Jason Bevan.
