Top Banana has announced a series of senior promotions and leadership appointments as the creative communications agency enters 2026 on the back of a record-breaking year and continued momentum across the wider TBA Group.

The agency has confirmed nine internal promotions so far this year, including Chris Dunstan, Lauren Jones, Celine Orgill, Hay Tang, Olive Unsworth and Katie Walker, reinforcing its focus on developing talent from within. The promotions are underpinned by Top Banana’s Career Mapping framework and Next Gen Team programme, which continue to shape its people-first approach.

Alongside this, Top Banana has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Megan Dawson, Charlotte Jarman and Stephanie Aviss. All three step into leadership roles from the agency’s Next Gen Team, supporting creative growth, operational excellence and people development as the business plans for its next three-year strategy.

Now in its sixth year as part of the TBA Group, Top Banana continues to deliver sustained year-on-year growth as the Group’s specialist creative communications agency. As part of this next phase, founding partner Richard Bridge will transition into a consultancy role, continuing to support the business and advise on strategic direction while working closely with managing director Jemma Peers and TBA Group CEO Guy Horner.

The agency is also investing in future capability, including the creation of its first in-house AI Content role, designed to explore new tools and approaches while maintaining Top Banana’s creative ethos. With new concepts already in development, the agency says these people-led changes will fuel further innovation and global client delivery.

Commenting on the announcements, Jemma Peers, managing director at Top Banana, said the agency’s success is driven by its people and their development, adding that the expanded leadership team positions the business for another strong year ahead.

Guy Horner, CEO of TBA Group, added that Top Banana’s continued evolution strengthens the Group’s brands division and reflects its long-term investment in talent, innovation and specialist expertise.
