Henriette Speed has joined Auberge Resorts Collection as Director Global Sales, Groups & Events to help to drive brand awareness and growth for the luxury group’s growing portfolio in the luxury events and incentives market.

Speed brings extensive sales and marketing experience in the UK luxury events and incentives market, having created and led the MICE division of the Kerzner UK Regional Sales Office, working with the One & Only brand and launching Atlantis, The Palm to the UK market.

For the past 15 years, she has successfully run her own sales and marketing company for hotels and DMCs, Just The Letter B, working with a boutique portfolio of well-respected companies covering destinations from Italy to India.

‘This is an exciting next step in my career. It took a truly special company and brand to lure me away from what I built at Just The Letter B. I’m inspired by Auberge Resorts Collection’s one-of-a-kind portfolio, its ethos, and its strategic and dynamic plans for growth. I look forward to sharing my experiences and having clients join me as we grow business together,” said Speed.

The news follows the appointment of Meenaz Diamond as VP Sales, EMEA earlier this year.

“We’re delighted to welcome Henriette to our global sales team in London. As we prepare for the opening of Collegio Alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence, Henriette’s vast knowledge and experience will be instrumental in leading the charge in the Group and Events space, driving awareness and business for Auberge Resorts Collection properties worldwide, sourced from EMEA,” said Diamond

Auberge Resorts Collection currently manages 28 one-of-a-kind properties. In March 2025, the brand will open Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence, Italy, followed by Cambridge House, Auberge Resorts Collection in Mayfair, London, which will debut in late 2025. The properties will join two existing hotels in Europe – Domaine des Etangs, Auberge Resorts Collection in France and Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection in Santorini, Greece, as well as 26 other hotels in the US, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.
