Treehouse Hotel Manchester is unveiling a major expansion, adding rooftop dining and bars, nine new premium suites and a raft of wellness and recreation facilities to its offer since opening in March 2025.
The headline addition is Sister Moon, a new rooftop restaurant on the 14th and 15th floors created by chef Sam Grainger alongside hospitality collaborators Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford. Known for Belzan in Liverpool, Grainger’s menu combines British ingredients with Southeast Asian influences and open-fire cooking, with panoramic views of the Manchester skyline as the backdrop. Joining it on the rooftop are The Nest, a cocktail bar with an agave-led menu, and The Hideout, an intimate speakeasy-style lounge with its own outdoor terrace.
Nine new premium suites across the 11th and 12th floors round out the accommodation offering, with presidential suites and interconnecting options designed for families, groups and extended stays.
Beyond the rooms and restaurants, the expansion adds two covered padel courts via The Pollen Club next door to the hotel, and a wood-fired outdoor sauna from The Good Sauna Co. The hotel’s existing offer already includes Pip, the all-day lounge and bar from chef Mary-Ellen McTague, a 43-seat cinema with 4K projection and Dolby Atmos sound, and flexible event spaces for up to 400 guests.

Treehouse Hotel Manchester will also be hosting micebook’s Northern Edition for the third consecutive year in 2027, having welcomed the event in both 2025 and 2026.
