Global events agency Nteractive brought together a small group of corporate event professionals for the latest edition of its Inspire Series, hosted at Escapade Silverstone last week.
Senior event professionals from HPE, Microsoft UK, NetApp, Input Output Group and Dynatrace took part in the two-day experience, designed to provide time away from busy schedules to connect, share ideas and experience what Silverstone has to offer meetings and event groups. And micebook was lucky enough to come along for the ride.
The Inspire Series is Nteractive’s global programme bringing together small groups of marketing and event leaders to connect, collaborate and find inspiration through shared experiences. Previous editions have explored different themes and destinations, including an event focused on the art of hospitality attended by micebook last year.
Set within the grounds of the Silverstone Circuit, home of the British Grand Prix, Escapade Silverstone provided the base for the intimate gathering, with luxury trackside accommodation and views directly over the circuit.
The programme included a behind-the-scenes access to Silverstone and a series of interactive motorsport experiences. Guests got competitive on Formula One simulators and a classic Mini rally simulator, before testing their teamwork and speed in a Formula car wheel-change challenge.
The group also had time to experience Escapade’s facilities and connect informally before coming together for a hosted dinner at The Gallery, the property’s signature restaurant.
“Inspire Series is our way of connecting with small groups of industry professionals, taking a moment to step out of our crazy busy schedules and think about the art of the possible for how we architect experiences,” said Ian Cummings, global CEO of Nteractive.
“How can we continually elevate and inspire exceptional experiences for our attendees beyond the venue? It’s not just about a destination or venue, but what we can curate around it to create a memorable, lasting and impactful experience. We hope to stimulate those conversations that push us all further, to be exceptional.”
