Judges praised ICC Wales for a fantastic entry that was outstanding on proof, repeat business, accessibility leadership, flexibility and technical capability.
Nestled in the vibrant South Wales countryside, ICC Wales is a leading conference and events venue, delivering exceptional experiences through world-class facilities, flexible spaces, advanced technology, and a strong commitment to sustainability and accessibility.
The venue’s ability to transform its spaces creatively and deliver technically complex events at scale is reflected in consistently high satisfaction levels. In 2025, client satisfaction reached 95.92%, an 11% increase on 2024, with 80% of clients returning to book again.
With 15 flexible spaces for up to 5,000 delegates, including a state-of-the-art auditorium and pillar-free exhibition hall, ICC Wales delivered 191 events in 2025 and welcomed more than 202,000 visitors, representing a 9.1% increase in events and a 47.8% rise in attendance compared to 2024.
Its growing reputation for hosting complex, high-profile events include Wales’ largest ever business event, The 2025 Wales Investment Summit, alongside an eclectic mix of 20 exhibitions, 53 association events, 90 corporate conferences, 28 public and government events, and two international congresses.
Investment continues to focus on the visitor experience. In 2025, the venue introduced a Multi-Faith Prayer Room and Quiet Room, ensuring all guests have access to private, inclusive spaces when needed.
