Falkenberg & Florence picked up the award for Best Venue Finder at this year’s micebook Awards. We share highlights from the winning entry…
Falkenberg & Florence is an award-winning venue finding agency, founded in London in 2017 by Johanna Kayat Ambrosius and Neda Tootoonchi.
Both founders had careers working on the venue side before starting the agency, giving them an operational understanding of hospitality that shapes everything they do, from how they read a brief to how they assess a space.
Working with clients across financial services, media, law, publishing and beyond since founding, they now place over 150 events per year across the UK and Europe. In 2025, 12 events were held in Europe and 87% of their total events were for returning clients.
Every venue on a shortlist has been personally visited and every client works directly with Johanna and Neda.
Judges were impressed by Falkenberg & Florence’s clear personality, deep credibility, high-touch service and convincing “trusted expert” positioning.
One said: “The line about never recommending a venue they haven’t personally visited is incredibly strong because it instantly communicates standards, care and expertise,” while another added: “Their description of how they maintain a quality of service, clarity of positioning and strength of client relationships make this a compelling winner for me.”
