Brand engagement agency XSEM has expanded its service offering with the appointment of experienced venue finding specialist Kristy Hogan as head of venues.
The Leeds-headquartered agency said the move reflects growing demand from existing clients and forms part of its longer-term strategy to strengthen its venue finding capabilities.
Hogan brings more than 20 years’ experience in events and venue sourcing, having previously held roles at Hotel Desk, Team Spirit and Black Book.

XSEM chief executive Dan Bardgett said the appointment would help the agency build a stronger dedicated venue finding proposition.

The appointment follows a period of expansion for XSEM, which recently launched a new dedicated pharmaceutical division and reshaped its leadership team, with Caroline Medcalf joining co-founders Bardgett and chief commercial officer Michael Gwilliam on the board as COO.
