Global experiential agency Nteractive has appointed Kyle Zegan as Senior Manager of Business Development, supporting the agency’s continued year-on-year growth across the UK, US and APAC. The hire comes as Nteractive approaches 200 employees worldwide, reflecting rising demand for experience-led engagement and the agency’s ongoing focus on client centricity, global consistency and scalable delivery.
Based in Florida, Zegan brings a strong track record in enterprise sales and revenue growth across SaaS, digital media and communications technology, having held roles at INXPO, West Corporation (Notified), Questex, Tenzing One and Stova. He has a history of building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and helping organisations adapt to evolving market demands. His expertise covers enterprise relationship management, strategic client development, partner evolution and cross-functional collaboration, underpinned by deep knowledge of digital events and mission-critical communications for public relations, investor relations and experiential marketing teams.
At Nteractive, Zegan will focus on expanding the agency’s prospective client base, building senior-level relationships and driving insight-led engagement. He will also represent the agency at key industry events, helping translate prospective client needs into experience-driven solutions. “The best business relationships start long before the event and last long after it ends,” Zegan said.
The hire marks a further step in Nteractive’s growth, strengthening its ability to meet global demand while delivering measurable outcomes for clients including New Balance, nCino, HPE and Microsoft.
Kate Carcelen, SVP of Growth & Marketing at Nteractive, said: “We’re super excited to have someone of Kyle’s calibre joining our Nteractive team. We are a business that values and celebrates relationships, and Kyle is the embodiment of what we represent as a company.” Founded in 2010, Nteractive has grown into a global team of 187 and counting, delivering over 1,500 projects for clients including Gartner, Microsoft, IBM and New Balance.
