Natalie Glasgow has joined asembl.agency as managing director to lead the next phase of growth.
The appointment strengthens the agency’s leadership and ensures it has the dedicated, senior day-to-day leadership needed to support its next phase of scale and sustained momentum.
Glasgow brings significant senior experience across agency and client-side environments, with a career spanning strategic events, experiential programmes, and commercial leadership.
Most recently, she served as MD at Your Event Solutions (YES), where she led the business through a period of strong growth and the integration that followed Internova’s acquisition of YES and Altour.
Prior to that, she led global events and brand experience at Publicis Groupe, delivering major programmes for global brands at events including Cannes Lions and CES.
In her new role, Natalie will lead the day-to-day operations of asembl.agency, working closely with the senior team to strengthen structure, enhance delivery, and support the agency’s continued growth. She will report directly to the asembl.group board.
Gavin Farley, asembl.group CEO, said: “Bringing Natalie into the business is a deliberate and exciting step for asembl.agency. As we continue to grow, we wanted a leader who could bring clarity, structure, and commercial strength without losing the creativity, energy, and client focus that define how we work.
“Natalie has built and scaled teams across some of the most demanding environments in the industry. Her people-first instincts, combined with genuine commercial and operational depth, make her exactly the right leader for this moment. We’re delighted to welcome her as an asembler.”
Glasgow added: “asembl.agency has a clear point of view, genuine momentum, and some of the best talent in the industry. That combination doesn’t happen by accident, and it’s a big part of what drew me here. I’m joining to build on what already makes this place special, while bringing the structure, commercial focus, and clarity that will help the agency grow with confidence and support our next phase. I’m excited to become an asembler and to get going.”
