Identity, part of The Human Network, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of George Perry as Global Head of Business Development and Martin Fullard as Marketing and Communications Director.

Perry joins Identity following a successful tenure as Global Business Development Director at AVANTGARDE Group, where he led international teams across the global offices. His extensive experience includes senior roles at leading agencies including Jack Morton Worldwide, where he oversaw EMEA business development.

In his new role, Perry will spearhead Identity’s global business development strategy, focusing on expanding the agency’s presence in established and emerging markets while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of crafting compelling stories and creating meaningful client value.

Olivier Vallee, Managing Director, Identity, said: “George’s exceptional track record in driving strategic growth and his deep understanding of the global events and experience economy make him a fantastic addition to our leadership team.

“At Identity, we’re building a team that truly understands the power of human experiences. George embodies this perfectly, and his expertise will play a key role as we continue to grow in key markets and solidify our position as the partner of choice for corporate brands looking to deliver impactful events and experiences worldwide.”

Fullard brings extensive industry expertise to Identity, having most recently served as Associate Director of News and Content at Davies Tanner, where he played a key role in developing policy for the UK events industry through The Business of Events, an independent think tank for the sector. Prior to that he was Editor of Conference News and Editorial Director at Mash Media.

In his new role, Fullard will lead Identity’s global marketing and communications strategy, leveraging his expertise to showcase the agency’s innovative approach to creating human-centric events and experiences. His recent authorship of a significant white paper on the global events economy for The Business of Events demonstrates his strategic understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.

“Martin’s appointment represents a strategic milestone for Identity as we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our position as an industry leader in creating transformative brand experiences,” said Vallee. “His deep understanding of the events landscape, combined with his proven track record in advocacy and communication, will be instrumental in articulating our vision and value proposition to clients worldwide.”

“Identity’s commitment to creating inspiring moments and epic experiences aligns perfectly with my vision for the future of our industry,” added Fullard.

“I am excited to join an organisation that combines creativity, innovation, and purpose-driven storytelling to deliver lasting impact for clients and their audiences. We should never underestimate the social and economic impact of events and experiences, and I want to be able to share the stories of how Identity brings this to life.”

These appointments come at a time of significant growth for Identity, as the agency continues to expand its full-service capabilities and strengthen its position within The Human Network’s portfolio of specialist agencies, which also recently expanded into corporate travel management to complement its existing suite of client services.
