The art’otel brand’s second London property is expected to open in early 2024, as part of brand’s expansion in Europe.

Hot on the heels of the opening of art’otel London Battersea Power Station, the 27-floor art’otel London Hoxton will feature 357 rooms, a destination restaurant and bar, events space, auditorium and extensive leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool.

It will also feature a gallery space that will play host to a rotating calendar of exhibitions, as well as cultural and artistic events, with British street artist D*Face  confirmed as the Signature Artist for the hotel.

Designed by Squire & Partners, the property will occupy a prominent corner within the South Shoreditch Conservation Area, and features a cylindrical form designed to maximise city views directions.

The Hoxton property is one of several planned openings for art’otel, which has existing properties in Amsterdam, Berlin and Cologne, as well as the recent Battersea opening.

Due to open this autumn in the Croatian capital, art’otel Zagreb is located within the Art Déco Jewish Liturgical Municipality building designed by architects Freudenreich and Deutsch in 1928. The hotel features 110 rooms, a rooftop bar, main restaurant and bar, four meeting spaces, a spa and indoor pool.

This will be followed by the brand’s first Italian property, expected to open in Spring 2024, close to the iconic Spanish steps. Featuring 99 guest rooms, the hotel will also include a destination restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace and an art gallery.
