entry process
Start by selecting the category or categories that best fit your work. There are many options — such as Best Incentive, Best Sustainable Event, Best Conference, Best Internal Communications Event, and more — so read the category descriptions carefully to make sure your submission matches the judging criteria.
Before submitting, you must create an account on the AwardStage platform:
- Click “Register as an Entrant.”
- Complete the registration form with your details.
- Log in using your new account credentials.
This account will let you save and manage your entries.
Once logged in:
- Select the category you want or go to the Entries tab on the left hand side of your dashboard.
- Click ‘Create Entry’
- Fill in the form with your entry details.
You must save your work if you plan to come back later. You can save a draft and work on it from the dash before submitting.
You can enter using either:
Written Entry
- Maximum 1,500 words.
- Up to 5 pages or slides.
- You can include external links within your content.
AND/OR
Video Entry
- Maximum 5 minutes in length.
- Can be simple (e.g., piece-to-camera) or fully produced.
- Video can be supported by a written entry.
When you are ready to submit, go to your entries and click the submit button. You can enter more than one at a time and then proceed to payment.
After submission you will be able to modify your entry up until the Official Entry Deadline of 10th April.
costs to enter
- £295 plus VAT per entry
- Early bird – 10% discount before 31st March 2026.
entry requirements
You can enter with a video, a written submission, or both:
- Video: Up to 5 minutes – can be a simple smartphone recording or a polished edit.
- Written: Up to 1,500 words and a maximum of 5 pages/slides. You may support your video submission with a written entry
You’ll be judged on the quality of the work, not the glossiness of your submission – but do include images, video, or anything that helps showcase the event.
You will also be required to provide a 1,200-character overview which may be used for the live event script or winners’ book (if applicable). This does not count towards your submission word count.
Events must have been delivered between April 2025 and March 2026.
Please ensure that any links do not expire so they can be accessed for the judging process.
entry considerations
- micebook reserves the right to move or submit entries from one category to another if they or the judging panel deem it more appropriate. However, micebook cannot be expected to routinely re-categorise incorrectly entered projects. If your entry is re-categorised, you will be contacted directly.
- Additionally, if a category does not receive the minimum number of entries required to ensure fair competition, micebook reserves the right to merge or cancel categories to maintain the integrity and competitiveness of the awards. In the event of cancelling a category a full refund will be provided.
judging process
Entries will be independently judged by a panel of experts representing a broad cross-section of the industry including corporate brands, agencies and event technology providers.

Yes. You are free to submit as many entries as you wish by selecting them on the entry page or during, ‘Submitting entries’. Just remember to make sure your submission relates to the specific category of entry you are submitting for. If you are looking to submit multiple entries for the same category, please see the FAQ ‘How can I submit more than one entry for the same category’
You will need to select and process the awards category from the entry page. On your account, you will have the option to ‘create entry’. This will allow you to revert back to the category page and re-select the same category to add an additional entry for that category into your account. Once processed, you can then save the second selection for later. You can manage the submissions for all award categories selected in your account under ‘entries’.
Once you have processed your selections from the category page, you must ensure you either complete the process and add to basket or save draft before navigating away from the page, or you will be required to re-select the awards category. After submission you will be able to modify your entry up until the Official Entry Deadline of 10th April.
Yes. The micebook Awards celebrates virtual and hybrid events from the events industry and this is open to all corporate brands, agencies, charities and associations, regardless of location.
You can highlight your best event for the chosen category to showcase, whilst incorporating other events that also demonstrate the same deliverables and it will be taken into consideration.
