Event planners, your 2027 starts here – registration for micebook EXPO 2027 is officially open!
Kicking off the industry calendar, EXPO 2027 takes place on 1-2 February at Convene Sancroft, St Paul’s in London. More than 600 event profs will come together for two days of new connections, smart content and great conversations, all with the warm micebook welcome you know.
We’re delighted to return to Convene Sancroft, continuing our long-standing venue partnership with Convene. Its flexible, design-led spaces in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral give us room for a lively show floor, content stages and plenty of space to connect.
The 2027 show floor is already filling up. Hotel brands confirmed so far include Montage & Pendry Hotels & Resorts, Rocco Forte Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, W Barcelona, Hilton, Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, NoMad London and The Doyle Collection. They’re joined by destinations such as Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau, Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau, the Spanish Tourist Office and Destination Toronto, plus standout UK venues including Silverstone Circuit, Allianz Stadium Twickenham, Tate, the Barbican and ICC Wales, with many more to be announced.
New for 2027: Braindate
This year we’ve partnered with Braindate to change the way you network at EXPO. Braindate lets attendees post topics they want to talk about, or browse what others are offering. You then book one-to-one or small-group conversations with peers who share your challenges and interests. Less small talk, more conversations that actually move your thinking forward.
