UK event agencies have just one month left to enter the Power 30 Responsible Agency Index 2026-27, created by micebook and event:decision, now in its third consecutive year.
Formerly known as the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies, the initiative has evolved this year to become the Power 30 Responsible Agency Index, reflecting a broader focus on responsible business across environmental, social and governance areas.
The deadline for applications is 30 October 2026, with the 2026-27 Power 30 set to be revealed at micebook EXPO 2027.
The initiative provides participating agencies with the opportunity to benchmark their progress against their peers and gain recognition for the work they are doing to operate more responsibly and deliver more sustainable events for clients.
Each agency is independently assessed using Track, event’s sustainability assessment platform, which evaluates both internal business practices and an agency’s capability to deliver more sustainable events for clients.
The results are used to identify the 30 highest-scoring agencies from those that enter, with successful agencies receiving accreditation in the dedicated Power 30 publication. Agencies may also be recognised for strong performance across individual areas of the assessment.
Entries are open to organisations operating as agencies within the events sector, including full-service, logistics, exhibition design and build, creative, production and creative AV agencies.
Entry costs £249 and this year’s initiative is supported by Worlds Better, a sustainability consultancy specialising in the events and experiential sector, and food-sharing platform Olio, a simple, safe solution for redistributing surplus food from meetings and events
The deadline for entries is 30 October 2026.
