Motion People, a new UK promotional staffing agency, has launched with a quality-first model backed by Five Star Enterprise Group (FSEG), which has supplied crew, security and training to the UK live events industry for over 12 years.
Rather than competing on database size, Motion People operates a deliberately curated pool of staff, with everyone vetted, assessed and approved before representing a client, matched on suitability rather than availability, and briefed in depth before every event. Compliance and reporting are treated as standard rather than optional extras.
The agency is led by co-founder and director Jordan Simpson, who previously launched, grew and sold promotional staffing agency BM Promotions, and co-founder Ed Driver, chief executive officer of FSEG. Motion supplies brand ambassadors, promotional and event staff, hospitality and sampling teams and event managers for conferences, festivals, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations and roadshows.
Simpson said: “Clients do not buy event staff, they buy confidence. Motion exists to give them that. Fewer people, a higher standard, and a team we can genuinely stand behind.”
