Top Banana has officially opened the doors to its new Midlands headquarters at Alcester Lodge on the Ragley Hall Estate.
The move follows 20 years at the agency’s previous home at Broome and comes as Top Banana continues to grow its team and capabilities as part of TBA Group.
The new headquarters provides a larger, more collaborative working environment, with dedicated film studios and content spaces alongside event spaces designed to host clients and partners for meetings, workshops and creative sessions.
Top Banana first announced the move earlier this year, following a period of growth for the agency, which was also named UK Agency of the Year at the micebook Awards 2026.
“We are so excited to be starting a new chapter for Top Banana at Alcester Lodge,” said Jemma Peers, managing director at Top Banana.
“Our new home has had a huge amount of creativity and energy poured into the design; it gives us the space to grow, collaborate in new ways and welcome more of our clients, partners, creators and suppliers into our world. As we continue to evolve in servicing our clients’ needs, we’ve got some really exciting plans for the space and can’t wait to bring them to life.”
Guy Horner, CEO of TBA Group, added: “The new offices at Alcester Lodge create a dynamic and very attractive creative and working environment for the team as Top Banana continues to grow and evolve.”
