MCI UK and Ovation Global DMC have made two senior appointments to strengthen their UK teams across brand experiences, events and inbound incentive travel.
Craig Pugh joins MCI UK as commercial director, working across key client accounts following the agency’s 2025 acquisitions of Meet & Potato and Pure Communications Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience across client services, account development and international event delivery in sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare, automotive and aerospace.
Tracy Segal joins Ovation Global DMC’s UK team as sales and proposal manager, focusing on new business development and supporting international clients and agency partners with incentive travel programmes in the UK.
