Nobu Hotel Madrid has officially opened its doors, marking the luxury lifestyle brand’s debut in the Spanish capital.
Located in Madrid’s Las Cortes district, between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, the new hotel features 50 rooms and suites, the city’s first Nobu restaurant, a rooftop terrace and bar, and dedicated wellness facilities.

Designed by Studio Caramba, the rooms combine warm wood tones, organic textiles and deep green accents, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. The 105 sqm Nobu Suite is the hotel’s largest accommodation and features its own private terrace.
Dining is a major focus of the property, with the Nobu restaurant forming part of a three-level food and beverage offering that also includes an all-day Lobby Lounge and intimate cocktail bar.
The restaurant, designed by architecture and design studio GRONDA, serves Nobu signatures including Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño alongside dishes incorporating Spanish ingredients such as Canarian sea bass and Mediterranean tuna.

Located on the lower ground floor, the cocktail bar takes inspiration from the building’s former life as a bank, retaining original features including its vault walls and safety deposit boxes.
On the seventh floor, The Rooftop offers panoramic views across Madrid, with an aperitivo-style cocktail menu and sharing dishes.
The hotel also features versatile event spaces designed for exclusive gatherings, VIP meetings, product launches, and incentive trips, and an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
Nobu Hotel Madrid joins the brand’s growing Spanish portfolio, which includes properties in Barcelona, Ibiza, Marbella and San Sebastián.
