Calling all UK event agencies! Applications are open for the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2026-27 list, created by micebook in partnership with event:decision for the third consecutive year.
Enter your agency now for the opportunity to be included in a definitive industry benchmark that acknowledges the event agencies driving meaningful progress in sustainability each year.
The deadline for applications is 30 October 2026 and the Power 30 2026-27 list will be revealed at micebook EXPO 2027.
Winners will receive accreditation in the dedicated Power 30 publication and could also feature in a spotlight as a top scorer across several categories.
Each agency is assessed against Track, a robust system that evaluates both internal sustainability performance and the capability to deliver more sustainable events for clients. Every submission is independently scored and benchmarked, creating a credible, transparent ranking that highlights the leaders setting the standards for the UK events industry.
It costs £249 to enter and submissions are welcome from organisations who act as agencies within the event sector, including full-service agencies, logistics agencies, exhibition design & build agencies, creative agencies, production agencies and creative AV agencies.
This year’s initiative is proudly supported by Worlds Better, a sustainability consultancy specialising in the events and experiential sector, and Olio, the food-sharing platform tackling food waste by redistributing surplus food to local communities.
